Printed Cellulose Casings use food approved inks. These casings can create an impermeable barrier against smoke, thereby producing a picture or pattern on the sausage’s surface after the casing is peeled. Also the printed casings can be used for promotional advertising when the sausages are packed with the casing left on (not peeled) for certain consumer markets.

Cellulose casings are designed for high speed, automated production of hot dogs, dry mini salami, cooked and coarse-ground sausages. Permeable to smoke and water vapor, and impermeable to microorganisms.
From 14 to 250 mm.
Available in footage lengths of 55ft to 225ft.
